Teressa Ruspi, hailing from Pennsylvania and now a resident of Georgia with her three daughters, boasts a BA in Nutrition & Dietetics from Marywood University and an MA in Organizational Leadership with a Nonprofit Business Management focus from Mercer University. With a robust track record as an Executive Director, Teressa excels in mental health program development, wellness, public speaking, forming community partnerships, and leadership. In 2023, she launched TR Healthy Bites, adding to her entrepreneurial achievements. Additionally, Teressa, alongside her identical twin sister Karla, co-founded the LRJ Foundation in 2012. Away from her professional endeavors, she indulges in fitness training, cooking, and exploring new destinations.
